We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product Coordinator to lead and coordinate product inquiries from development to mass production. This role serves as a key liaison between sales teams, internal departments, and our Japanese headquarters, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and coordinate inquiry development from inception to mass production.
Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers (RSM), Inside Sales, and other departments.
Compile, review, and interpret customer requests.
Build and maintain strong business relationships.
Act as a bridge between Outside Sales teams and internal support functions (technical support, pricing, etc.).
Monitor and track project milestones, providing regular progress updates.
Work with the Inside Sales team to fulfill customer delivery requests.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
Assist in sales forecast entry and issue escalations, including RMA concerns.
Obtain and manage compliance information.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirements :
Strong knowledge of industrial products.
Bilingual proficiency : Native-level Japanese & Business-level English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
