Job Title : Product CoordinatorJob Description
As a Product Coordinator, you will lead and coordinate inquiry development from inception to mass production. You will collaborate with Regional Sales Managers, Inside Sales, and other related departments to ensure the success of various projects. You will compile, review, and interpret customer requests, develop business relationships, and act as an interface between Outside Sales teams and internal service providers.
Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate inquiry development from inception to mass production.
Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers, Inside Sales, and other related departments.
Compile, review, and interpret customer requests.
Develop and grow business relationships vital to the success of the business opportunity.
Act as an interface between Outside Sales teams and internal service providers (i.e. technical support and pricing).
Monitor and track project milestones and report progress to all stakeholders.
Work with the Inside Sales team to meet customer delivery requests.
Prepare regular sales reports and sales forecasts.
Assist in entering sales forecasts.
Assist in the escalation of issues.
Assist in the escalation of RMA issues.
Obtain compliance information.
Perform other duties as requested by supervisors or management.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience in manufacturing.
Knowledge of RMA processes.
Experience with purchase orders.
Sales forecasting skills.
Experience handling customer orders.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Strong background in manufacturing.
Work Environment
The headquarters are located in Torrance.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $70000.00 / yr.

This is a hybrid position in Torrance,CA.
