We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager with expertise in regulatory governance and business controls to oversee complex programs and ensure compliance with industry regulations. The role involves leading cross-functional teams to deliver programs that meet regulatory standards, while implementing robust business controls to safeguard operations. The ideal candidate will manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring timely reporting and compliance with all regulatory frameworks. This position will also require the creation of executive reports and tracking mechanisms to monitor program health, address risks, and recommend process improvements to mitigate operational risks.
In addition to regulatory oversight, this role includes designing and implementing business control processes, evaluating risk management strategies, and working with stakeholders to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. The Program Manager will facilitate process improvements, maintain strong communication channels, and drive strategic initiatives to enhance business controls and mitigate compliance risks. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services, regulatory compliance, and internal controls, with proficiency in project management tools and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
