Property Manager Administrative Assistant
This role involves clerical and accounting tasks while serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries about housing operations and services.
It supports the Property Management Team by processing rental payments, managing maintenance work orders, verifying applicant information, and auditing files. The position also assists with resident and staff issue resolution, collaborates with the Finance Department, and ensures compliance with housing policies.
Key responsibilities include answering calls, providing housing application guidance, documenting payments, maintaining work order records, and assisting with housing check-ins and legal proceedings.
A high school diploma is required, with advanced education and Spanish proficiency is desired. The role demands strong communication skills, flexibility to address emergencies, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
