We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Buyer / Purchasing Clerk to join our team in Bakersfield, CA. This role is crucial in procurement and supply chain management, ensuring the timely and cost-effective purchasing of goods, materials, and services. The Buyer will provide both tactical and strategic procurement support, manage supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of Procurement / Supply Chain Buyer experience.
Experience in purchasing maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) equipment.
Procurement experience in a refinery or similar operational environment preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field preferred.
