We are a fast-paced organization looking to expand our team with a dynamic and skilled Recruiter. If you thrive in a fast-moving environment, have a strong recruiting background, and are capable of handling multiple open roles at once, we want to hear from you!
This role is TEMPORARY - expected to last 3-5 months.
Key Responsibilities :
Source and attract top talent for a variety of roles across different departments.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to candidate placement.
Schedule and coordinate interviews quickly and efficiently.
Maintain a high level of communication with both candidates and hiring managers.
Ensure timely follow-up and seamless progress through open positions, moving quickly to meet recruitment goals.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements :
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment.
Strong sourcing skills and experience using various recruitment platforms and social media channels.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple open orders simultaneously.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
Available for a 3-5 month contract with immediate availability preferred.
