Required
- 2 years of HIGH-VOLUME FULL CYCLE recruiting experience, ideally with financial roles.
- Ability to work in Overland Park, KS office 2-3 days a week at our client
- Experience handling a req load of 20 and with a monthly fill target of 12
- Experience with Strategic Sourcing (Boolean, X-Ray, passive candidate sourcing, etc.)", "Grassroots Recruiting (Career fairs, local advertising via billboards and flyers, door-to-door, etc.)", High Volume, Reporting
- Education : High school diploma or equivalent
