What You'll Do :
General Ledger Management : Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including posting journal entries, reconciling accounts, and assisting with month-end and year-end closings.
Financial Reporting : Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Account Reconciliations : Reconcile bank statements and other balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
Audit Assistance : Support the internal and external audit process, providing necessary documentation and information.
Tax Filings : Assist with preparation and filing of tax-related documents.
Process Improvement : Contribute to enhancing financial processes and controls to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business decisions.
What We’re Looking For :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role (internships included!).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Excel, etc.) and familiarity with ERP systems.
High attention to detail, analytical skills, and a strong problem-solving mindset.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
