We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Intensive Home-Based Treatment Counselor/Social Worker (IHBT) to join our team.

Role Overview:
As an IHBT Counselor, you will provide vital support to youth and families directly in their homes and communities. Your role will involve managing a small caseload, offering crisis intervention, and applying trauma-informed care to help clients navigate their challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver home-based therapy and support to a caseload of 4-6 youth/families.
- Provide flexible, on-call crisis response and face-to-face support as needed.
- Assess and address safety concerns, risk behaviors, and develop personalized safety plans.
- Apply comprehensive trauma-informed mental health treatments and best practices.
- Engage in individual and group supervision, complete core training, and participate in ongoing professional development.
- Collect feedback to ensure high-quality service and contribute to a supportive team environment.
- Experience: Proven background working with youth, families, and groups on behavioral and emotional issues.
- Skills: Knowledgeable in mental illness, motivational interviewing, family systems treatment, trauma-informed care, and crisis intervention. Proficiency in DSM-5/ICD-10.
- Licensing: Bachelor’s level license required.
- Transportation: Must have a car, maintain required insurance, and possess a clean driving record.
