Appleseed CMHC is looking for a qualified and motivated individual to administer the Ashland County Supporting Partnerships to Assure Ready Kids (SPARK) Pilot Program. This is a flexible, part-time position, requiring 5-10 hours per week, depending on program needs.

Appleseed CMHC is looking for a qualified and motivated individual to administer the Ashland County Supporting Partnerships to Assure Ready Kids (SPARK) Pilot Program. This is a flexible, part-time position, requiring 5-10 hours per week, depending on program needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the operations of the SPARK pilot program in Ashland County.
- Ensure program objectives and outcomes are achieved according to guidelines.
- Collaborate with community partners, stakeholders, and families to ensure program success.
- Provide supervision and support to program staff.
- Manage and monitor program budget, including grant management and fundraising activities.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as needed for stakeholders and funders.
- Proven experience administering the SPARK program or similar early childhood development programs, preferred.
- Previous experience with staff supervision and team leadership.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for supporting early childhood education and community development.
