Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team. This role is pivotal in empowering adult learners to achieve their educational and personal goals, including obtaining a High School Equivalency (HSE), and preparing for industry-recognized certifications.
The Aspire Program Specialist deliver engaging, student-centered instruction utilizing the Tooling U Certified Manufacturing Associate program, ensuring participants develop the necessary competencies and are fully prepared for certification. They may also deliver instruction in core academic areas.
Key Responsibilities :
Prepare and deliver weekly lesson plans aligned with established curricula.
Conduct classroom instruction
Deliver the Tooling U Certified Manufacturing Associate training program providing guidance and support to help participants achieve certification.
Administer skill level assessments for participant enrollment and progress evaluation.
Provide differentiated instruction to address the specific needs of adult learners.
Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate various learning styles and academic levels.
Participate in required professional development activities to enhance instructional practices.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of student data and progress.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications :
Associates degree in a related field (Engineering, Manufacturing).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing or a related industry.
Familiarity with manufacturing concepts and / or certification programs is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Preferred Qualifications :
Previous training experience, working with individuals from diverse backgrounds is highly desirable. Experience in adult education, workforce development, or training programs.
