This position is an outside sales role that will be creating and closing sale opportunities by educating customers, generating leads, and utilizing internal pipelines.

Responsibilities:
- Present prepared options for HVAC products and services to both new and existing customers
- Create relationships with clients and referrals to generate sales
- Partner with Service Tech team members to ensure the best possible customer service
- Continually train to stay up to date on all the latest industry trends, and technologies
- Overcome sales objections for potential clients
- Focus on customer retention by strengthening the customer experience through a strong sales approach
- Manage and follow up with missed opportunities
Qualifications:
- At least two succesfull years in a sales role
- Minimum one year of experience in the Heating and Cooling field, this is negotiable
- Strong relationship building skills
- A clean driving record
