Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our company. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in account management within the manufacturing sector, with a strong understanding of production processes and supply chain logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Act as the main point of contact between the company and clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including production, logistics, and quality control, to ensure customer needs are met.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business development strategies.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service with customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform business strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and develop actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
