- Key Responsibilities
Key point of contact between company and creator
Resolving inventory issues, order fulfillment concerns, general questions
Closing out any open threads between other departments when necessary (engineering, sourcing, etc)
Completing "one-off" tasking by brand request
Expedited order
Set Up Calls
Create / alter packaging guidelines
Learn about the product setup process
Advise Creators on setup and fulfillment timelines
Warehouse Tickets
Resolve Warehouse Tickets in a timely manner to ensure that the requests from Creators for specific orders are acknowledged
Track mispicks and general fulfillment errors to report to Outbound Management team
