Senior Business Consultant - U.S. Dairy Products Manufacturing

Job Summary :

The Director of Engineering will oversee all engineering and maintenance operations across our dairy production facilities. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient plant operations, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, managing capital projects, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in dairy processing, automation, and food safety standards .

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and develop the engineering and maintenance teams to support production goals.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, facility upgrades, and capital projects to enhance efficiency.
• Develop and execute engineering strategies that align with business objectives and sustainability goals.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, PMO, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements in dairy processing.
• Drive innovation in automation, process optimization, and energy efficiency.
• Manage budgets and cost controls for maintenance and capital expenditures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and supply chain, to optimize operations.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance production capabilities.
• Maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships for equipment and service procurement.
• Ensure workplace safety and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.
