Production Manager – USA Dairy Sector
Location: Cleveland, Ohio

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with food safety regulations.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resources.
- Manage a team of production staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with FDA, USDA, and other regulatory standards specific to the dairy industry.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Maintenance teams to ensure product quality and equipment reliability.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to reduce waste, improve productivity, and enhance product quality.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve production goals.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols, creating a safe work environment for all employees.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in production management within the food or dairy industry.
- Strong knowledge of dairy production processes and industry regulations.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software.
