Seeking a highly organized and proactive Human Resources Coordinator/Staffing Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for recruiting, hiring, and staffing Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure proper coverage and quality care for our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR, staffing, or healthcare recruitment and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Hiring: Source and onboard qualified HHAs and CNAs.
Staffing Coordination: Schedule and assign caregivers based on client needs and availability.
Credentialing & Compliance: Ensure all employees meet state licensing, certification, and background check requirements.
Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for field staff, addressing concerns and maintaining engagement.
Training & Orientation: Organize new hire orientation and ongoing professional development for caregivers.
Payroll & Documentation: Verify work hours, maintain accurate records, and assist with payroll processing.
Communication & Support: Provide timely updates to staff regarding shifts, policies, and procedural changes.
Qualifications:
Experience: Experience with scheduling, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Skills: Strong organization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 3pm
