About the Role :
The Opportunity Youth Project Coordinator (OYC) will oversee the day-to-day administration and operation of all Opportunity Youth and Ecosystem Initiatives.

Essential Job Duties :
- Outreach and Recruitment :
Build relationships with key stakeholders within the community.
Maintain ongoing communication with organizations, partners and incubator members via newsletters, updates, individual meetings, and calls to action.
Build and maintain relationships with state, city, and / or county coalitions, advocacy groups, elected officials, and other key stakeholders.
Identify and engage with local and national campaigns that align with the priorities of BT’s Opportunity Youth strategy.
Support the national initiatives and local efforts to invest in pathways for OY.
Research and track the data on Opportunity Youth against the number of pathways to reconnection within the community.
