The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care by participating in the Resident Assessment Process through Minimum Data Set (MDS) completion and accompanying Care Area Assessments (CAAs).
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the Resident Assessment Process through MDS completion and CAA.
- Direct nursing center interdisciplinary RAI process while following guidelines for completion and electronic State transmission of the MDS.
- Develop individualized resident Care Plans, identifying needs and projected outcomes as required by Federal and State regulations.
- Train new members of the interdisciplinary team on clinical content and electronic completion of applicable MDS items.
