- Appliance repair company is looking for a full time office administrative assistant /Receptionist. We are looking for someone with experience with excel and office for scheduling appointments answering phones data entry following up with accounts as well. Hours will be full time will be M thru F 9 to 4 .We offer one weeks paid vacation after one year 2 weeks after 2 years .Please have experience with excel office we use theses on a daily basis in are office as well as spread sheets this is one main thing that is required pay depending upon experience. You will be working by yourself in the office. We need team players. There is plenty of room for advancement and growth in this company . We also pay commission on any new accounts you bring on with the company as well.
