We are seeking an experienced Functional Specialist / Change Consultant to join our Regulatory Reporting Change team. This role involves working closely with Regulatory Reporting Controllers, Change Architects, and Business Teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting submissions to US regulatory bodies. You will be responsible for validating reporting templates, analyzing data, running queries, making necessary adjustments, and ensuring data lineage and accuracy.
<>Key Responsibilities:- Validate regulatory reporting templates and data.
- Run data queries and perform adjustments as needed.
- Execute End User Computing (EUC) processes where applicable.
- Provide reporting commentaries and support submission to US regulatory bodies.
- Conduct detailed requirements analysis for new/existing report attributes.
- Ensure data lineage, traceability, and assurance in regulatory reporting.
- Engage with business teams for report validation and stakeholder sign-offs.
- Support end-to-end functional discussions to ensure smooth reporting submissions.
- Master s/MBA in Finance or a related field.
- 15 18 years of experience in Regulatory Reporting as a Domain Specialist or Architect.
- Strong knowledge of US FED Regulatory Reporting landscape.
- Experience managing large Reg Reporting programs across the full reporting lifecycle.
- Hands-on expertise in front-to-back regulatory reporting workflows.
- Proficiency in data validation, lineage, traceability, and querying in a regulatory context.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to elicit and document business requirements effectively.
- Experience coordinating across teams and removing blockers to ensure smooth reporting.
