Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions such as RBT's and BCBA's. This position requires a proactive approach to lead generation and cold calling, knowledge on posting on really, Facebook Groups, College Job Board and the like, along with strong interviewing skills to assess candidate qualifications effectively. The Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Duties
- Conduct cold calling and lead generation activities to identify potential candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand specific hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to enhance their experience.
- Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate status.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruiting to continuously improve processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruiting or internal recruiting roles is preferred.
- Strong skills in cold calling, lead generation, and sales techniques.
- Excellent interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
