About the Role
As a Recruiter at Thistle, you will drive the full recruitment lifecycle, pivotal in attracting top talent while championing our mission to scale effectively. You will cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, elevate our employer brand, and deliver on headcount goals. Your work will ensure recruitment strategies align with Thistle's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. This role includes travel to our facilities and offices to facilitate in-person interviews and deepen connections with stakeholders and candidates.
How Youll Make a Difference
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for diverse roles, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs, develop tailored recruitment strategies, and drive alignment on candidate profiles.
- Execute high-volume hiring initiatives within manufacturing and logistics environments, meeting time-sensitive business objectives.
- Strengthen Thistle's employer brand through strategic sourcing, candidate engagement, and advocacy of our mission and values.
- Champion DEIB principles by embedding equitable practices throughout recruitment processes and fostering diverse talent pipelines.
- Utilize data-driven insights to track key recruiting metrics, assess performance, and optimize the hiring process.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to internal policies.
Who You Are
- 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including high-volume recruitment in manufacturing or logistics environments.
- Adept at recruiting across multiple geographies and states.
- Skilled at managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and maintaining accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
