Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and identifying qualified healthcare professionals
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews with candidates
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and statuses
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to understand hiring needs
- Assist with job postings and other recruitment marketing activities
- Support onboarding and new hire processes as needed
