Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize bottling, packaging, blending, and other factory equipment.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements across the facility.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the packaging line and blending processes, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Oversee and ensure the proper operation of factory machinery to minimize downtime.
- Lead and support the team in resolving technical issues as they arise.
- Train and mentor staff to ensure safety and operational standards.
