Key Responsibilities:
The CMM/PCMM Operator will be responsible for:
- Operating CMM machines to measure dimensions of finished work pieces.
- Maintaining accurate records of measurements and results.
- Using precision measuring instruments to ensure conformance to specifications.
- Collaborating with the production team to analyze data and improve processes.
- Developing and implementing work instructions to ensure consistency and quality.
Requirements:
- Previous experience with operating CMMs; programming experience is a plus.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing assembly environment.
- Previous quality control experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with MS Office applications such as Access, Excel, and Word.
- Familiarity with drawings, flowcharts, work instructions, and control plans, gage R&R, capability studies.
