About the Job
The Metrology Quality Control specialist will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the required quality standards by performing dimensional inspections and tests, and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform internal audits for compliance to AS9100.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Identify and handle non-conforming products.
- Conduct production line quality audits.
Qualifications
- Training/experience with operating Coordinate Measurement Machine; programming experience is a plus.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing assembly environment.
- Previous quality control experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent understanding of GD&T and ability to train others.
