What are the responsibilities and job description for the Laborer position at Applied Construction Solutions?
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Laborer to join our team.
Laborer Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure all the tools, machinery, and equipment on the worksite are safely set up and maintained
- Operate hand and power tools such as drills, pneumatic hammers, impact drivers, and more
- Assist other team members with various labor intensive tasks
- Follow safety regulations and company’s policies at all times
- Install safety barricades at the end of each shift to ensure the safety of the worksite
- Perform all tasks according to deadline
- All other duties as assigned
Skilled Laborer Requirements:
- A high school diploma or similar education preferred
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and practices
- Experience with hand and power tools
- General knowledge of construction activities
- Willingness and desire to learn natural gas construction
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- This position is subjected to the elements (heat, cold, rain, snow, etc.)
