What are the responsibilities and job description for the Billing Specialist position at Applied Consultants?
Roles:
- Accounts receivable process: Receive timesheets, enter time, create & submit invoices to clients weekly.
- Heavy Data Entry in Excel
- Utilize Microsoft Outlook
- Maintain client cost tracking reports
- Maintain client relationships
- Execute administrative duties including assisting with answering phones
- Customer Service is a must.
- Be a team player.
