What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Administrative Assistant position at Applied Consultants?
This role will report to the HR coordinator and will play an integral role in the employee on-boarding process.
Tasks include:
Scheduling Drug Screens
Sending new hire paperwork electronically
Calling employees to confirm paperwork or follow up on missing information
Saving emails and files on server
Enter HR information from paperwork into payroll system (ADP)
DOTs
I9s
Data entry
Assist with answering phones
Pros:
Will be allowed to work from home every other Friday
Applied will pay 100% of the employee's health insurance.
Will receive 2 weeks of PTO
Can choose work schedule: 7:30-4:30 or 8:00-5:00
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
