What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admin Assistant position at Applied Finishes Inc?
Looking for the right individual to fill a full time position at a construction company in Chico. 40 hours a week, Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00p.m. Looking for an organized self-starter who must be reliable, friendly and outgoing, have excellent communication skills, be detail oriented with accuracy, and able to multi-task.
Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel required. Accounting skills would be a plus.
Tasks Include but are not limited to:
Answering phones, taking messages, filing, scanning, data entry, prequals, lien releases, working with compliance department to submit documents as needed, and sending A/R follow-ups. Additional tasks would be added based on skill level.
