Job Scope
- Provide excellent customer service to Field Service Center teams through clear communication and follow-up regarding accounts
- Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with Field Service Center teams, Cash Application and other Shared Services team members
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Company's Total Quality Management process with the goal of reducing costs, improving cycle time, increasing sales, and overall customer satisfaction
- Carry out the policies and procedures of Company
- Monitor and review assigned accounts on a daily basis to prevent late payments and resolve past-due balances
- Collect outstanding receivables on a daily basis through, email, phone and written communication and follow up in a timely manner
- Maintain documentation of customer correspondence
- Partner with the field locations and customers to solve discrepancies, reconcile account adjustments and obtain necessary information to facilitate the payment process
- Assist in the resolution of cash application issues identified by the customer
- Reconcile Customer disputes as they pertain to payment of outstanding balances due
- Meet defined department goals and activity metrics
- Engage in analysis of account information and makes recommendations for problem resolution or process improvement
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent required
- 1 year of collections, customer service, or accounting experience required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
