Role Overview :

The Account Manager in an offline department involves leading and managing a team of sales professionals to drive sales and meet revenue targets through offline channels, such as retail stores, distribution centers, or direct sales. Overall, the Sales Manager in an offline department plays a critical role in driving sales growth, increasing market share, and ensuring the effective operation of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Developing Sales Strategies :

  • Creating and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.

2. Team Management :

  • Recruiting, training, and managing a team of sales representatives to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to meet their targets.
  • 3. Sales Planning :

  • Developing and implementing sales plans and budgets to achieve revenue goals.
  • 4. Customer Relationship Management :

  • Building and maintaining relationships with key customers and clients to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
  • 5. Market Analysis :

  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and development.
  • 6. Performance Monitoring :

  • Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the sales team against targets and KPIs.
  • 7. Sales Forecasting :

  • Forecasting sales volumes and revenue for the department based on market trends and historical data.
  • 8. Reporting :

  • Generating regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other key metrics for senior management.
  • 9. Collaboration :

  • Working closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and support overall business object

  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in retail or a similar environment is preferred.
  • Strong sales skills are essential, including the ability to identify and pursue sales opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential for a sales manager, as they need to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and other stakeholders.
