As the Director, International Total Rewards, you will be part of the Global Total Rewards leadership team to develop, implement, and manage comprehensive total rewards strategies that align with Applied's business objectives. This role will lead a team of Total Rewards professionals to manage compensation, benefits, and recognition programs across the APAC and EMEA regions, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with local regulations. This role will build close partnerships and consult with HR and senior leadership to attract, retain, and motivate top talent through innovative and effective total rewards solutions.
- Strategic Leadership : Partner with the Global Total Rewards leadership team to develop and execute a global total rewards strategy that supports Applied's business objectives.
- Compensation Management : Design and manage competitive compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and equity programs, ensuring alignment with market trends and internal equity.
- Benefits Administration : Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and other ancillary benefits, balancing a global framework with local market needs.
- Compliance : Ensure all total rewards programs comply with local regulations in each country of operation.
- Market Analysis : Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking to ensure the company's total rewards offerings remain competitive and attractive to current and prospective employees.
- Employee Communication : Develop and implement effective communication strategies to educate employees about total rewards programs and their value.
- Vendor Management : Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants to ensure the delivery of cost effective, high-quality services and programs.
