Key ResponsibilitiesLead a significant Sub-function of the global HR technology organization operations.Lead teams of Business Analysts and Project managers to implement global business solutions.Establish scalable processes to drive operational excellence and the continuous improvement of the functionManage resources, capacity planning and budgets.Partner with Managers and Executives throughout the HR Organization to understand their roadmaps and technology requirements. Incorporate need into the HR technology roadmap.Establish SOW's, procure resources and manage vendors as required to execute on projects and services.Manage project intake, prioritization and delivery process for all CIP projects and technology requests. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
