- Serve as key point of contact b/w HR and 3rd party vendors in design, building, and project managing efforts related to building.
- HR document templates (i.e. offer letters, employment contracts, and other HR documents) via an SAP SuccessFactors tool.
- Offer recommendations for enhancements as part of lessons learned.
- Build HR project plans and business readiness checklists to support document generation projects in partnership with HR centers of excellence and HR Business Partner roles.
- Facilitate the design and build of SAP SuccessFactors enhancements as it relates to Core HR and HR document templates.
- Project manage HR technology efforts with HR COE and HRBP Workstream owners and further streamline Client HR tools, processes and policies.
- Report out on progress of Document Generation projects to HR Leadership.
- We are looking for an experienced HR professional who has M&A experience who can build and drive project plans.
- A strong collaborator and creative thinker who is a problem solver and self-starter and can connect the dots at a strategy, program and project level.
- The successful candidate is a team player who can build networks quickly and adapt easily as priorities change.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and other HR System Tools.
- Understanding of SAP SuccessFactors data models, role based permissions, and system configuration of Employee Central module.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience with project management efforts related to HR systems and tools.
- Strong change management skills, with experience rolling out large scale projects and programs globally.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, high attention to detail with a high degree of personal integrity and confidentiality.
- Strong project management skills, self-starter, detail-oriented problem solver who can't prioritize well and bring structure to complex and ambiguous situations.
- Under-graduate degree preferred, master’s degree an advantage.
