Position Description
Are you ready to be the heart of a seamless Medical Device company? Join our team as a CNC Maintenance Technician. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our CNC machines used in the production of medical devices. You will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of CNC equipment to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. This position requires a strong technical background, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintenance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Performing Routine Maintenance : Perform routine maintenance tasks on CNC machines, including cleaning, lubrication, and inspection of mechanical components.
- Troubleshooting and Diagnosing Issues : Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues to identify root causes of equipment malfunctions.
- Parts and Inventory Management : Maintaining department parts and inventory stock for preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime.
- Following Maintenance Schedules : Adhering to planned maintenance schedules to ensure timely servicing of machinery and equipment, reducing the risk of unexpected downtime.
- Documenting Maintenance Activities : Document maintenance activities, including repairs, parts replacements, and preventive maintenance tasks, in accordance with company procedures.
