Responsibilities include:
- The contractor will be responsible for managing the HPLRP enrollments, creating and producing management reports on enrollment statistics, preparing payment vouchers, tracking payment processing, and otherwise assists and supports the HPLRP for the Healthcare Education Division.
- The contractor will manage the enrollments using Microsoft Access management system or similar integrated enrollment and loan-award tracking information systems.
- The contractor will identify any conflicts with enrollees and published Defense Health Agency and Air Force Policy for proper evaluation and routing to higher headquarters for policy interpretation.
- The contractor will create and maintain electronic and paper records in compliance with the approved Air Force Records Information Management System (AFRIMS).
- Retention and disposition schedules will be followed for proper and timely destruction.
- The contractor will provide the following to the responsible authorities when requested: program execution statistics and any enrollment completion records necessary for annual programming decisions within AFIT, the Air Force Medical Operations Agency, or other Headquarters-level agencies, including HAF SG/1-8.
- The contractor will assist the Healthcare Education Division leadership and Budget Analyst with development, administration, consolidation, and analysis of program enrollment and financial data.
- The contractor will prepare updates to the annual program announcement for final signature and public release review by HAF SG/1-8. Once signed, the contractor will publish the approved content to the Air Force Medical Service’s Knowledge Exchange (AFMS Kx).
- The contractor will handle any other application or enrollment management related issues which present themselves during the development and execution of the annual program.
- Provide administrative support with various organizational databases.
- Provide assistance with reports and presentation formatting (i.e., Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Excel, PDF, or other formats).
- Assist with ordering office supplies, and preparing lists for supplies/equipment to be procured by the Government office.
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must have and maintain eligibility for a Common Access Card (CAC), including favorable completion of a National Agency Check.
- Personnel shall have at least: five (5) years of experience in higher education administration; and a relevant Bachelor degree in an Education or Healthcare Management field.
- Proficiency with standard computer systems and applicable software to include, but not limited to: Microsoft Office Professional Office Suite Software applications, including Excel and ACCESS, and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems to include Blackboard or similar.
- Possess the ability to communicate clearly and expertly (in English) in both verbal and written forms concerning administrative subject matters.
