About the Job
We're looking for a highly experienced Lead Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, driving successful feature and update delivery within a mobile app ecosystem, and collaborating closely with stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale projects, a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, QA, and product.
- Drive successful feature and update delivery within a mobile app ecosystem.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for the development team.
- Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and team velocity tracking.
- Work daily with offshore development teams to ensure alignment on goals and priorities.
- Track project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables, and report status to leadership.
- Partner with design, QA, product, and engineering to ensure successful and timely releases.
- Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and drive resolution.
- Maintain strong documentation and ensure adherence to agile best practices.
Requirements
- 6 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years focused on mobile applications.
- Experience managing large-scale projects.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, Confluence).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with mobile development concepts (React Native experience is a plus).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
