About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager with experience leading mobile application projects in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. This role focuses on driving successful delivery of features and updates within a mobile app ecosystem.
You'll translate business needs into clear technical plans, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, managing sprints, and keeping mobile development efforts on track and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead planning, coordination, and execution of mobile app projects and feature releases
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for the dev team
- Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and team velocity tracking
- Work daily with offshore development teams to ensure alignment on goals and priorities
- Track project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables, and report status to leadership
- Partner with design, QA, product, and engineering to ensure successful and timely releases
- Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and drive resolution
- Maintain strong documentation and ensure adherence to agile best practices
Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in project management, with at least 1–2 years focused on mobile applications
- Experience managing distributed or offshore teams
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, Confluence)
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Familiarity with mobile development concepts (React Native experience is a plus)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience in a startup or consumer-facing product environment
- Exposure to CI/CD and mobile deployment workflows (App Store, Google Play)
- Technical background or previous hands-on development experience
