Job Description
- Three (3) years’ relevant technical experience in operating a PC-based and telephone-based Service Support Center.
- Three (3) years’ experience with User Administration processes.
- Three (3) years’ experience in using computers, laptops, and common windows applications
- Two (2) years’ experience in monitoring, managing and prioritizing incident, service requests and call queues to meet Service Level Agreements, ensure equitable and efficient team workloads to support business goals.
- Two (2) years’ experience and knowledge with SharePoint platform.
- One (1) year of experience in using principles, methods, and techniques used in computer troubleshooting and support.
