We are growing and hiring a full-time Inside Sales Representative in our Lenexa, KS location. In this role, you will establish and expand relationships with current customers and our outside sales team; interacting with your customers in determining their process flow control and instrumentation needs.

What you’ll do:
In our fast-paced team environment, you will partner with our customers and sales team to solve customer needs, and build ongoing business relationships.
- By means of inbound and outbound calls: successfully sell company products and services to customers by processing orders, price and delivery inquiries.
- Provide technical and application information.
- Process and expedite orders, customer returns and returns to vendors.
- Sourcing and getting quotes from vendors, effectively handle correspondences from customers and fielding calls from customers as well as assisting the outside sales team.
Requirements:
- Inside Sales within the industrial marketplace or mechanically inclined preferred.
- Comfortable with prospecting for new business while maintaining existing relationships.
- Problem solving and reasoning skills.
- Computer proficiency,
