About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality/Calibration Manager to join our team at Applus Reliable Analysis. In this role, you will be responsible for leading quality assurance activities, including ISO 17025 audits, internal audits, round robins, proficiency tests, and calibration programs. You will also oversee site audits conducted by regulatory agencies and clients as needed and maintain a state of preparedness for these audits via task schedules.
As a Quality/Calibration Manager, you will have the opportunity to participate in the creation, review, and approval of SOPs, log and resolve customer and internal complaints, and develop reports on QA activities. You will also mentor personnel on corporate and quality policies and procedures.
