Job Title: ServiceNow Specialist

Location: Whippany, NJ

Duration: 06 Months Contract with potential extensions

Interview Process: 2 Rounds (60 minutes each) final round interview is onsite in New Jersey

Location: Onsite 4x a week in Whippany, NJ

Job Description

Day to Day:

• This role involves evaluating the current setup, identifying issues, and reconfiguring the platform for maximum efficiency.
• In the first month, you will focus on identifying areas for improvement, providing recommendations on design, architecture, and implementation, and addressing these issues directly.
• You will be responsible for implementing necessary changes, configuring system administration, and mentoring the current ServiceNow specialist to enhance their proficiency.
• Key aspects of this role include mentoring, configuration, and customization.

Must Haves:

• Extensive ServiceNow Platform Knowledge: Specifically, knowledge of ITSM.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues within the platform.
• Skilled in deploying new ServiceNow modules and managing upgrades.
• Extensive experience in installing and working on the ServiceNow Platform.
• Strong foundation in system implementation and architectural design.
• Customization and Configuration: customizing and tailoring the platform to meet organizational needs.
