Job Duties

  • Execute semiconductor wafer processing tasks, including photolithography, etching, thin film deposition, and metal deposition, with precision and consistency.
  • Handle semiconductor wafers and optoelectronic components with care, ensuring compliance with cleanroom and safety protocols.
  • Maintain process documentation, log equipment data, and monitor trends to support troubleshooting and yield improvements.
  • Assist in the development and refinement of processing techniques, tool calibration, and maintenance schedules.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize fabrication processes for new and existing products.
  • Uphold cleanliness and organization in the work environment, adhering to strict industry safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Associates degree in Electronics, Physics, Material Science, or a related field (Bachelors degree preferred).
  • 5 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor processing, preferably in a wafer fabrication or optoelectronics manufacturing environment.
  • Experience handling delicate semiconductor and optoelectronic components with precision and care.
  • Preferred Experience

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow process instructions with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and address process deviations.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving production needs and shifting priorities.
  • Security Clearance

  • Must be able to obtain US Secret clearance.
