Job Duties

Execute semiconductor wafer processing tasks, including photolithography, etching, thin film deposition, and metal deposition, with precision and consistency.
Handle semiconductor wafers and optoelectronic components with care, ensuring compliance with cleanroom and safety protocols.
Maintain process documentation, log equipment data, and monitor trends to support troubleshooting and yield improvements.
Assist in the development and refinement of processing techniques, tool calibration, and maintenance schedules.
Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize fabrication processes for new and existing products.
Uphold cleanliness and organization in the work environment, adhering to strict industry safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

Associates degree in Electronics, Physics, Material Science, or a related field (Bachelors degree preferred).

5 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor processing, preferably in a wafer fabrication or optoelectronics manufacturing environment.

Experience handling delicate semiconductor and optoelectronic components with precision and care.

Preferred Experience

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow process instructions with minimal supervision.

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and address process deviations.

Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Flexibility to adapt to evolving production needs and shifting priorities.

Security Clearance

Must be able to obtain US Secret clearance.
