You will be asked to :

• Assist clients and visitors in our office
• Respond promptly to client inquiries
• Provide polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, e-mail, and texts, excelling at verbal and written communication.
• Handle office tasks
• Acknowledge and resolve customer needs
• Process orders, & modifications
• Schedule appointments
• Escalate complaints across several communication channels
