APPS Para Medical Services, the nation's largest mobile phlebotomy services company, is seeking a salesperson to help us grow our service opportunities in the New York City Area. In this exciting role, you will expand our footprint by demonstrating the value and convenience of our in-home phlebotomy services for Life Insurance exams.
In this position, you will be responsible for face-to-face sales calls throughout the five boroughs of New York City. Since COVID, this position has been limited to Virtual meetings, but is starting to come back. When not selling face-to face, email, calls, and LinkedIn campaigns are key to your success.
Salesperson Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads via phone and email.
- Schedule sales appointments and activities.
- Promote products/services to new and existing customers.
- Close sales by means of excellent customer service and salesmanship.
- Develop strategies for more effective sales closing, share with team.
- Maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Prioritize and/or escalate client questions and concerns to increase client satisfaction.
- Source and develop client referrals.
- Track personal appointments, status reports, and sales.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
Salesperson Requirements and Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly motivated, determined, and target driven.
- Proven track record in the sales environment.
- Ability to create and deliver client presentations.
- Familiarity with CRM best practices.
- Social Media Savvy.
- A college degree is required for this position.
