Job description:
- Developing data management plans with solid experience in developing data cleansing
- strategies, action plans, reconciliation plans and scripts.
- Good experience in understanding data models, data integrity and normalization rules,
- data extraction, load and transformation scripts.
- Functional experience to understand the business context of data in Oracle E-Business,
- PeopleSoft HCM and Payroll and migrating the on-premises data to relevant Oracle
- Fusion Cloud Services.
- Determining the validity of the values of the data elements and reviewing and validating
- data relationships.
- Coordinating with data owners to validate cleansed data (e.g., reconciling HCM )
