MUST have
Techno-functional BA 75% of this persons time would be spent in operational activities like granting access to users and 25% time would be spent in BA type activities
- End user / knowledge in SharePoint
- SharePoint migration experience.
- Basic Business Analysis tools & techniques E.g. : Gather requirements, Visio, Experience with simple flow chart, Able to write the system requirements.
- Ability to interact with the Technical team to explain them the requirement and for them to architect and design solutions accordingly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in interacting with stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and end-users
- Ability to translate business needs into requirement specifications
- Able to speak in business terminology rather than technical.
