Job Summary :
1. Analyze information from requirements gathering sessions and communicate findings.
2. Familiarity with Clinical operations and systems like CTMS, eTMF, RBQM, EDC.
3. Create specifications documents and business requirements documents.
4. Ability to create user stories and acceptance criteria from business requirements.
5. Collaborate with technical teams to provide technical specifications, designs, and clarifications.
6. Coordinate with project development and QA / UAT teams to clarify project requirements and assist in test planning and case creation.
7. Work with project manager to implement project scope and aid in planning and monitoring.
8. Review project deliverables to ensure they meet business requirements.
9. Skills required include business analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, stakeholder communication, testing support, project scope management, and deliverable review.
10. Desired skills include knowledge of regulatory compliance in clinical operations, experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, proficiency in workflow and process mapping, and experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
11. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication skills, ability to work with cross-functional teams, and familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools are also beneficial.
